We had a good resident turnout for the Burien City Council Candidates Forum Friday afternoon.
Sofia Aragon, mayor of Burien, spoke of why she wishes to be voted to the King County Council and responded to questions.
Kevin Schilling, who is running for re-election, spoke of his experience and how he desires things to evolve.
Hopeful Linda Akey and Alex Andrade spoke of their involvement in the community of Burien and their aspirations to bring change to the City Council.
All candidates responded to questions and it was an informative and interesting forum!
