Our Story — Boulevard Park Place is a family owned independent Seniors Community located in Burien Washington. It was designed, built and opened in 1996 by Merle and Vi Steinman. The family continues to be involved onsite each and every day.
Our mission at Boulevard Park Place is to create and maintain a safe, comfortable and caring environment for mature adults. Throughout the years, our focus has always been the residents' welfare. We provide the best independent living to our residents. Visit Us Today!

Each apartment has a beautiful view with full size kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Electric, air conditioning and TV cable(up to 99 channels) are included in your rent. Each floor has a lobby, elevator and garbage & recycling room and your name on the door!
